Material/Technical

Material

Clamp: Tempered and galvanised steel. T-bolt: forged steel with rolled thread to strength class 8,8. See part 21000 for details.
Washer: hardened steel. See part 25000 for details.
Nut: heat treated steel to strength class 10. See part 24300 for details.

Technical Notes

Ideal for clamping components of varying heights - requires not additional support or packing pieces.
Continuously adjustable clamp over range of heights (see dimension H1 in table), with high clamping force.
Support heel and stud counter hold are non-detachable, making for one single piece clamp which is quick and easy to use.
Supplied complete with T-bolt, washer and nut - see data table.

Tips

* Clamping forces quoted base on using quality stud and nut of strength class 8,8 or better and optimal positioning of clamp and good condition of thread.
